Therefore, the wear resistance, scratch resistance and high temperature resistance of the general fireproof board are better than those of the melamine board. The fireproof board is bright in color, giving people a new look. However, the fireproof board countertop is easily eroded by water and moisture. Improper use will lead to degumming, deformation, and expansion of the substrate.
Melamine board: Melamine board is made of melamine, which is pasted with refractory board on the surface of particle board or MDF, and its extended varieties are covered with metal frame on the edge. Similar to the fireproof board, it has the properties of friction resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, heat resistance, acid, heat and alkali resistance. The refractory board has various colors and textures that imitate natural, but there is no three-dimensional shape. The addition of metal edge sealing and aluminum alloy groove handle only increases its decorativeness, but it has no great effect in terms of practical effect.
Paint board: Paint board is divided into baking paint and polyester paint. Baking varnish is composed of resin and additives and can be sanded and polished. Polyester paint adopts spray painting process, no need to bake, the surface is matte without polishing, and the emphasis is on firmness and adhesion. Good polyester paints come off in powder form, while ordinary ones come off in flakes.
Solid wood board: solid wood board is divided into pure solid wood board, solid wood composite board, solid wood veneer board. The pure solid wood board has high requirements for the consistency of wood species, the whole is natural, luxurious and classic, and the effect is good; the solid wood composite board is based on solid wood splicing material, and the surface is pasted with solid wood veneer, which can achieve the visual effect of solid wood; the solid wood veneer is in the The surface of the MDF is double veneer. Solid wood composite panels and solid wood veneer panels can avoid the color difference and defects of surface raw materials, achieve consistent texture and color effects, and are not easy to deform.
PVC board: The materials used by different manufacturers are different, and the quality is also uneven.
Crystal board: The crystal board is a plexiglass board that is painted on the surface of the board. Because of its wrapping, edge sealing, edge trimming and other processes, it is completely manual, and the characteristics of plexiglass itself have many shortcomings. The crystal plate has poor wear resistance, scratch resistance, flame retardant properties, and no compression resistance.
Plastic frame board: The plastic frame board is attached to the surface of the substrate with some plastic decorative bread. Most of this material is manually operated. It is very beautiful at the beginning and has rich colors and colors. It is easy to deform, fall off, twist, Faded, and there are many dead spots for cleaning.
